Why Is Meprate Prescribed?

Hi. Am going through pregnancy treatment. I took clomid for 5 days from day 2 and meprate for 5 days twice 10 mg from day 21 to day 25. Am on day 33 today and haven t got my periods. Can u please tell why meprate is used? To delay the periods ?Any chance of pregnancy.
