Why Is Vyvanse Prescribed?

speaking with a friend about my symptoms, my friend had me take one of her vyvanse tablets. my doctor prescribed me zoloft. it is not helpful. i told him about the one time use of vyvanse, but he said if i was never diagnosed with ADHD as a child I should not now. nothing has helped me like the vyvanse. what should i do
