Why Is 'aciloc' Prescribed For Migraine?

i have a migraine that occurring every i have my period..but recently it got worsen, so i went to see a doctor. He gave me apo-naproxen that i should take for one month and aciloc. why he gave me aciloc?thus because apo-naproxen has a side effect of stomach pain? but aciloc is for ulcers right?should i take it?
