Why Is Baby's Head Significantly Bigger On One Side?

Hi my 7 month old boys head is significantly bigger on his right side. I dont think its flat head syndrome as he sleeps on both cheesesides of his head. He is reaching all the development milestones and more! Should I be worried?.
