Why Is Ejaculation Painful With Orange Gel Or Crystals In My Sperm, And Could My High-protein Diet And Creatine Be Causing This?

hello, i am having a problem, when i ejaculate, it is really painfull and i have notice small orange gel/crystals in my sperm. Inhave read up about it and alot of people are saying to drink more water as i am on a high protien diet due with creatine to gym. Can you please help, i am currently waiting on my urine test to come back. Thanks
