Why Is Fungal Infection On Penis Reappearing?

Hi, I had penis fungus, and my doctor gave me AF150, Flagyl400 tablets and asked to apply Miconazole Nitrate Gel. First the white patches dissappeared, But it has been a week and now it is again appearing and a white opaque layer is covered over my penis head. And my foreskin is turning little white in some places. please help... I am 35years old. 85kg.
