Why Is It When I'm Smoking Meth My Knuckles On

Why is it when I'm smoking meth my knuckles on one of my hands hurt pretty bad. Not always maybe 3 out of 10 times. Also if I've been smoking & U try to materbate my right testicle feels a sharp pain & in fact this gonna sound weird it retreats up into my body where it ends up hurting even more. I know to make both these thing I just need to stop using but curious why it happens
