Why Is My Body Paining?

I started feeling achy al over and then got a low grade fever and headache a full week ago. now the fever is gone but I don't know what it was and my arms and legs are aril hurting. The hurt a lot at night and sometimes my hand and feet feel itchy too. It's painful now. I didn't have flu or strep. My sox saidmy throat was fine and nose. He tested for mono and limes but won't hear til monday
