Why Is My Breast And Pubic Area Itchy?

My breasts have been itching really bad for about 3 weeks now. I've also had itching in my pubic hair area for months. It bothers me mostly at night. I'm having night sweats, terrible blurred vision and dizziness (at times). It feels as if my head is being overloaded and I can't take any more. My BP has been high. Normal for me has been 90/70. Lately, in the evenings it's been as high as 131/95 with a pulse of 104.
