Why Is My Current Dose Of Synthroid Prescribed After A Thyroidectomy?

I just got my blood work results back on my TSH Level and it was 3.440, I am currently taking 112mg of Synthroid, I had a Thyroidectomy August 8, 2022... They started me off on 125mg of Synthroid but it was to strong and they lowered it, is my levels still to high?
