Why Is My Face So Oily After Wisdom Teeth Removal, And How Can I Reduce The Swelling?

Hello a have 2 questions 1 being why is my face so oily after my wisdom teeth removal? I got all 4 teeth out which all of them were not out yet so they had to cut open my gums. 2nd question is what can I do to lessen the swelling? because I have never gotten this swollen on my face before. I feel like I look completely different!
