Why Is My Head And Neck Paining?

My head, neck is paining from last 3 months. Shoulder is also paining sometimes. But head is daily paining.. CT scan performed before 25 days. But derive normal report.

Doctor said muscular problem. Medicine given for the same. But no such relief.

Head is still paining with neck. Pls guide me.
