Why Is My Kids Lips White And Pale?

my 10 year old grandson was playing outside base ball .he did not eat or have anyhing to drink for sometime.when called inide he looked pale and his lips were white. we placed him on a chair where he was passing out. I hurried and got orange juice and a wet cloth . afterdrinking the juice his lips seemed to come back to pink. was he dehydrated
