Why Is My Penis Blocked Every Morning?

i am 34 years ,from last eight months i got a problem the problem is when iawakeup in morning tip of my penis will block after presing the tip their is something like simans come out than urine comes,if i dont prees tip some time blood comes with urine kindl tel me what is the problem and what shuld i do?
