Why Is My Penis Paining Below The Head?

hi, i am facing problem with my penis wound its been a week there is some kind of wound or tair in my penis jest below penis head around circumstance area..i was mind pain before but from today my penis burns when i pee soo i am bit worried..is there any cure for that ??
