Why Is My Period A Week Late Despite Never Having Irregular Cycles?

I have never had an irregular cycle but this time around my period is 7 days late. Also I'm a virgin so don't consider pregnancy. I have random cramps that I think are in my head because I'm definitely not on my period? Also I tried many natural ways to induce my period, so why isn't it working? And why am I having my first irregular cycle?
