Why Is My Toe Numb?

my pinky toe is numb and has been for months and even though it is numb it is extra sensitive with pain on the top by the nail but the under L side is fully numb in a 1/8 sq inch with recent weakness in my legs to where it feels like they are going to buckle i have spinal biffida could this have anything to do with it?
