Why Is One Breast Firmer And Painful Than The Other?

Im 19 years old and my left breast has funny feeling sensations and pain and is slightly bigger and firmer/fuller than my right but i cant feel any lumps. In the morning the weird feelings arent there anymore. Also pain sometimes decreases wen i get my period. Wat does this mean
