Why Is One Sensitive To Noises Like Chewing Gum, Heavy Breathing Or Paper Rustles?

I have problems focusing on tasks at college when I hear particular noises like chewing gum, heavy breathing or paper rustles. I have had it all mylife and it puts me in a deep rage and also makes me terribly upset. It is terrible to be like this is there anything you can tell me about my problem?
