Why Is The Head Of My Penis So Sensitive? For

Why is the head of my penis so sensitive? For example, whenever I'm erect and my girlfriend touches the head with her hand or if I'm trying to go inside and miss, I get soft really easily. It also doesn't exactly hurt, but it's just sensitive. What could this be and is there a fix? I'm uncircumcised
