Why Is The My Foreskin Dry And Painful?

the skin over my glans penis is becoming dry.and i have a stone like mateial under my shaft of penis,and in last 3 weeeks ,two time i have a pain like a needle prick while passing urine in the morning first time in the day.after that during the whole day there is no pain.i have a small bluish color spots over my glans penis when erected.and some time i have a sweey pain on the foreskin.i think it is asome type of blood collection under my glans penis.give me ur opinion?
