Why Is The Penis Swollen With Excruciating Pain, Burning And Itching ?

I m an African American male age 22 and I need advice on my penis its excruciating pain i cant even move its so painful. I last had sex a week ago and my penis is swelling, really smooth, inflamed, red, burning, was itching two days ago and I m also sensitive to sex. the skin feels like raw meat please help me Im suffering PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
