Why Is The Skin On My Thigh So Sensitive?

Dear Sir,



My righ thigh (the area right above the knee) feels very sinsetive all the time: I cannot put on any cloth other than cotton on it.



Sometimes I wake up in the night & I feel a painful burning sensation in this area... there is no dicoloration at all.



what so you suggest??
