Why My Hands And Feet Turn Purple After Being In Cold Weather?

my hands and feet are always cold and they both turn purple a lot or bright red after running or my hands in cold weather. im only 13 and my feet were crooked at birth and my fingers are really long i also have long toes as well. im about 5'5" and 121 pounds.
