Why My Menstrual Periods Are Missing?

hi, i m nibedita, 27 years old. last month my period is delayed by 12 days. and now in this month its 14 days going on,still my period is missing. what could be the reason.. i have done pregnancy test. but it is negetive. and i am getting every sysmptoms of having period.
