Why My Periods Are Irregular?

I have a dual problem. Firstly. I started having an odd discharge, no odor, no pain, White and rather nasty, as it is very stringy. I went to 3 ob's and after blood std testing and swabs, I came back fine with each doctor. The last one told me I just had excessive discharge. .. which makes no sense as it does no appear as normal discharge would. I started missing periods. First every other month and now up to two months at a time. My breasts also now have these odd red and purple veins, small spidery things. They stay cold, very cold, and the colder they get the worse the veins show. I get in a hot shower, they almost completely disappear. .. I do not know if these two are related but doctor after doctor has told me it is nothing,
