Why Still There Is No Bleeding After Taking Morning After Pill?

I stopped taking my birth control two months ago, i had sex ten days ago and we used a condom and im 99% sure no leaks or breaks in it, also roughly 18 hours after it i took the morning after pill, but i am still late, what are the chances i am pregnant?
