Why The Menstrual Periods Are Delaying?

hello doctor! i had my last dates on 17th february but today is 1st of april & still i have no feeling of dates. I had the preganews test also done on 27th of march but it was negative. I m really worried that whether i m pregnant or not??? Whether the test result was false or still i can wait for my dates????? Plz suggest.....
