Why The Menstrual Periods Are Missing?

I had an UID Nova T Coil inserted in February this year.
my period since then usually comes between 18-24th of each month
earlier in the month my discharge color changed to a brownish color, i didn't pay it any mind.
last week i started taking fat burner tablets 1 three times a day monday to friday
now my period hasn't come as yet and when i checked the fat burner ingredients it has no hormone drugs in it
could i be pregnant? or was the discharge earlier in the month my period? or is this normal?
