Why There Is Heavy Hair Fall?

Im 27, F, no babies yet ,
having a continuous heavy hair fall...hairs 've becum very light in weight n numbers wise ...actuallt drastically thinning..at the back head top, one complete side n now even from front.
Why is it happening , what is wrong, is their any cure ???
