Why There Was A Stabbing Pain Atop My Belly Button With Yellow-brownish Discharge?

I'm 25 yrs female. Overweight and not physically active. Last time I had unprotected sex was 4 mnths ago and pregnancy test says not pregnant. Ive recently had a stabbing pain atop my belly button come back but this time its lasting longer. I also noticed my stomach is bulged up and sort of hard like bloated. I had a yellow-brownish discharge often. The discharge is going away it seems but I just saw a bunch of little half inch thin fine hairs clumped up in a white sticky goo. I pulled them out of my belly button and the smell was disgusting. Please help.
