Why Was $19.95 Deducted From My Account On 12/07/2015 And

Why was $19.95 deducted from my account on 12/07/2015 and 12/28/2015? I was not aware that was an ongoing fee and I want to cancel. I will never use this service again. I will contact my own PCD for all health concerns in the future. I can't afford this fee just in case I have a question and I did not authorize the deductions. My e-mail YYYY@YYYY .
