Why Would Frequent Urination, Vaginal Itching And Other Symptoms Occur Despite A Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hi I ve been having vaginal itching and burning for three weeks now. I went to see a doctor, got tested but the pregnancy test was negative, but I ve been also experiencing other symptoms such as frequent urinating, tender breasts and eating more than usual.
