Why Would My 10-panel Urine Drug Test Be Negative For Amphetamines Even Though I Took My Prescribed Vyvanse 4 Hours Before?

I recently took a 10 panel urine drug screening at my doctors office. I have trouble peeing on command and rarely use the bathroom outside my home, that's another story. I felt like they were very suspicious because I had to stay and drink water for an hour. I am prescribed 50mg of vyvanse daily and always take it as prescribed. Everything on my test was negative and I knew it would be, now they know I wasn't just trying to get out of taking it. Then I thought that maybe the negative for amphetamines could be seen in another way. Do you know why my test would be negative for amphetamines? I took it the morning before the test, maybe 4 hours before. Thanks for taking a look, any ideas would be appreciated :)
