Wierd Occurrences. Have These Bouts Of Where My Throat And

Wierd occurrences. Have these bouts of where my throat and underneath neck feel extremely heavy. Check blood pressure seems to be high. Just checked 150/91. This would indicate hypertension. However, when I attend my regular physician for a check up, they check and do not agree with hypertension. What seems to be the cause for the intermittent spikes in blood pressure?
