Wife Had A Compressed Fracture And Was Treated With The

Wife had a compressed fracture and was treated with the kyphoplasty procedure. Pain left right away. But within a couple of months after this she started developing what I feel are muscle spasms which start in the lower back and eventually work up to her sholder area. Heat and relaxation seem to help but no permanent relief. Is this related to the kyphoplasty procedure or is there something else going on. Her doctor says it is not related to the procedure.
