Wife Had Temperature Of 101.9 On Wednesday Along With Diarrea

Wife had temperature of 101.9 on Wednesday along with diarrea and vomiting. Temperature has gone down, vomiting went away but she still had some diarrea. Today she has diarrea and this afternoon she thew up again. She hasn't eaten much but soup, apple sauce, and crackers in small amounts. She is drinking Sprite and Gatorade to keep her hydrated. Should we give her another day (It will be 72 hours tomorrow morning) or should I get her to a doctor. She seems to be okay, not too weak, but I am concerned about her getting dehydrated.
