Wife Had Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement In July. It Loosened

Wife had total reverse shoulder replacement in July. It loosened and implant rotated. Revision in September with, (was told) larger implant with some kind of anti-rotation implant. Within a week new implant loosened and spun 180 degrees. Doctor said she was 'non-compliant" (not true, she wore her sling religiously !) and will not repair. All he is willing to do is to remove the implant system and leave it out leaving, in his words, a "floppy arm" Cannot reach him anymore to ask questions and he hasn't returned numerous calls. I have spoken with numerous orthopedic surgeons within 100 miles and none of them are willing to go in behind the original surgeon. What can we expect to happen after the implant is removed and there is no connection whatsoever between the humerous and the shoulder socket area. PLEASE< Any suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated.
