Wife Has Anemia That Caused Noticeable Signs In Late Summer

Wife has anemia that caused noticeable signs in late summer to Fall. Anima discovered with blood work. I have numbers. She presented with fatigue, loss of smell, and weight loss. Maybe 30 lbs down to 160. Dix of fibroids. Biopsy just taken. Marked short term memory failure. Occasionally has a slight fever. Lots of abdominal cramping. I am giving iron Sid and Tylenol 650 time release to manage cramps. X2 q 8 hr. Alertness has improved after iron and Tylenol. Concerned about memory loss. Does it correlate with anemia in some cases?
