Will Azithromycin And A Ceftriaxone Shot Fully Clear Chlamydia Infection?

Hello, I have recently been tested and got my results back of a positive test for chlamydia. I was treated with 1000mg of azithromycin and a 500mg shot of ceftriaxone. I was not sure if that would clear up the chlamydia, the doctor was very vague with my questions and seemed like he had better things to do.
