Will CA-125 Still Be High After Ovary Removal?

I was test twice for the CA 125 protein and both times it came out high. I also have endometriosis which I've learned to live with for over 9 years. I'm going into surgery this coming Tues. to possibly have one or both ovaries removed. What are my chances of testing high again with the CA 125 after this procedure is done??
