Will I Be Able To Conceive With Bilateral Ovaries?

i am 22 yrs old, my height is 5.6 and weight is 54. i have got irregular periods. starting it was two months gap but as years went it has gone to six months. i am consulting a doctor, she has suggested to take diene 35 because i have bilateral ovaries and she said me to take for six months. i am unmarried. my mom is very much worried abt me that i will get pregnant or nt after marriage. plz suggest
