Will I Be Normal After Completing Progyluton For PCOS?

Hi, I m a 20 years old girl suffering from pcos my ovarian volume is 11.4 at this stage and size is 4.3 each ovary . Now I m taking progyluton tablets which i completed today . My concern is that will i be normal after the drug course is completed and will i gain weight or any other issues. Another question I might be getting married next year so my concern is that would i be able to get pregnant without any medications .
