Will I Get My Period While Using Susten Or After Stopping It, Given My Low Beta HCG?

My period date was 09.01.23 but till today i haven t got my period yesterday i checked home pregnancy test it was negative went to hsptl blood test had taken beta hcg-1.20 so dctr advised me to take susten 200 for 5 days daily at night and they if it was a pregnancy baby growth will happen or else u will get ur period today was my second tablet will i get my period while using susten 200 or aftr stoped it get answer me
