Will I-pill Taken 12hrs Post Sex Be Effective?

hi , i and my girlfriend had unprotected sex around 20 days back, but she took morning after pill (i-pill). the very next morning approx 12 hours after we had sex.

its been 20 days now , she has not got her periods. what are my options , we both are 28 years old and plannig to get married next year.
