Will Noresthisterone Affect The Fetus If Pregnant?

I am trying to get pregnant for 2nd baby. I have given Norethisterone and take it 3 times a day for 5 days now but use pregnancy test today and came out possitive. is that can be fault test? Or if i am pregnant will norethisterone harm the fetus?
