Will NuvaRing Removal Everyday Have Any Side Effect?

Started the NuvaRing 3 weeks ago on the first day of my menstruation as instructed. I have read that there is a possibility of light to heavy spotting for a few weeks and sometimes even a month since your body is unable to have the natural menstruation that it needs. I've also read that it is okay to rinse in cold water if the ring should come out. Due to the spotting and odor, I'm wanting to remove and rinse the ring daily if possible. Will this have any effect?
