Will Sali Peel Treat Dark Spots And Pimples On My Face?

Hi i have many black spots in my face n even many pimples so i went to a dermotologist she said it is bcz of harmonial problem so she adviced me to do salipeel for 3 session n i hv done with 1 session n still i didnt found much result what shud i do? Should i continue with nxt session or leave it?
