Will Suboxone Interfere With HIDA Scan Results?

I have a HIDA scan scheduled Friday morning. I am currently taking 2-4mg of Suboxone a day (took 4mg today, Wednesday). I do not plan to take any tomorrow. Will the Suboxone interfere with the HIDA scan results? The radiology department said no pain pills 9 hours prior to the scan; however, i know that Suboxone has a half-life that differs from other opiates. I asked her about Suboxone and she didn t even know what it was.... Really anxious to get this scan done. And I don t want to have to reschedule. Thoughts? Brooke
