Will A Cyst With A Crenated Wall In My Right Ovary While On Letrozole Cause Problems?

I had follicular study last month after having letrozole for 5 days..on day 12 my I had 15 mm follicle in right ovary and no follicle found in left ovary..on day 15 the follicle was ruptured naturally and they noted cyst with crenated wall in right ovary..I am afraid of this..wil this cyst cause problem or will it dissolve by own..is this a side effect of letrozole..pls reply
